Key Dashboard Metrics

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see important statistics:

  1. Total Messages Sent – Displays the total number of outgoing messages.

  2. Total Messages Received – Shows how many messages were received.

  3. Total Contacts – The total number of contacts in your system.

  4. Total Agents – Displays the number of agents currently added to your account.

Leads Section

  • Below the metrics, you can see a breakdown of your leads based on their source:

    1. LinkedIn – Track leads from LinkedIn.

    2. Import – Uploaded contacts from external sources.

    3. Facebook – Leads generated from Facebook campaigns.

    4. WhatsApp – Leads from WhatsApp inquiries.

    5. Landing Page Ad – Leads captured from landing pages.

    6. Referral – Leads generated from word-of-mouth referrals.

    7. Zoom – Leads acquired through Zoom webinars or meetings.
